- No exchange without parcel opening video (clearly showing the damage)

- In case of valid claim of damage, we will ship the replacement product. However, if the same product is not available, the customer can order another product. Refunds would not be given in any instance. Replacement timeframe - 5-12 working days once the return package is received by us.
- Also, this being online sales, there may be slight variations in the colour / finish / fabric depending on the screen resolution of your devices and also the camera lights. No returns/exchange/cancellation/refund will be entertained in such cases.
- Package opening video is required for any kind of queries to be processed. So kindly take the package opening video so that your queries are solved without any hassle. We won’t be able to solve the problem without the proof.
