We offer free shipping all over India for orders above the value of 999 INR.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Once an international shipping order is placed,  The actual time to deliver depends on the courier company and that may vary from 10-20 working days.

DISPATCH TIME - 1-7 WORKING DAYS

Pls note that all import duties, customs, VAT and any other local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to will be borne by the customer. Payment of these might be required to release your order from customs on arrival.

RETURN SHIPPING

In case of genuine verified case of damage, the shipment would be reverse picked by us. If not, the customer can courier us and get the shipping charges reimbursed within 5-7 working days.

Package opening video is required for any kind of queries to be processed. So kindly take the package opening video so that your queries are solved without any hassle. We won’t be able to solve the problem without the proof. 

Incomplete Deliveries:

Anaghacollections.com is not responsible for failed deliveries in the following cases:

• • Customer providing the wrong shipping address
  • Customer providing incorrect contact information (phone/email) – this prevents our logistic partner from being able to clear packages
  • Failure to pick up package from carrier location after one or two logged delivery attempts by carrier
